MOST POPULAR FOR YOUNG CHILDREN:
Ages 5 to 10 who:
Language Understanding and Expression: MAY have trouble following directions, expressing ideas clearly, or understanding spoken/written language.
Speech Production: MAY have difficulties pronouncing sounds while talking.
Cognitive Struggles: MAY have decreased memory or problem-solving skills, difficulty with attention.
Reading and Writing: MAY have trouble understanding what they read, spelling, or writing down their thoughts.
This is ideal for:
Families seeking fast answers.
Children who may only be able to tolerate limited testing, as compared to the longer Complex Language Evaluation.
WHAT’S INCLUDED?
Evaluation Details
Direct Testing Duration: Average - 2 hours
Total Appointment Duration: Approximately 3 hours and includes: direct testing, scoring, analysis, and a results and recommendations consultation on the day of testing. Written report to follow within 5 business days.
Testing Format: Virtual or On-site.
Deposit: Nonrefundable deposit of $50.00 to hold the appointment. The deposit is a credit applied towards the total cost of the evaluation.
Includes:
Any speech or language-based diagnoses discovered, such as speech disorders related to articulation production, childhood apraxia of speech, phonological speech disorders, and any expressive or receptive-related disorders related to listening, speaking, reading and writing.
Treatment recommendations, if indicated.
